Is market indoors or outside?

We are located in a 15,000 square foot, air-conditioned former piano factory located just outside of Downtown St. Petersburg, FL

Is there a fee to get in?

Admission is always FREE!

Is there a line to get in?

We usually open Saturday morning to a crowd of a couple hundred excited customers.  Once we hit our capacity, we do a one in/one out count, so there may be a line or a small wait to get in, but it is usually no more than 10-15 minutes.  Our capacity holds typically run from 9:15 to about 1pm.

How early shall I arrive on Saturday morning?

We have customers show up as early as 6am to get the top spot in line, but if you prefer your sleep, our line really starts to build around 8:30 or so.

Is there a line on Sunday too?

Yes, there is, but it is much smaller, and there is typically no capacity hold line on Sundays either.

Are pest allowed?

We do consider ourselves pet-friendly for friendly pets.  However, we highly discourage you from bringing Fido on Saturdays before 1pm.  Our market is very busy, and we operate at capacity during this time, and it can be stressful for dogs in that kind of busy environment.

Where shall I park?

There is loads of FREE parking available to our customers.  We have a lot at the front of our building, there is ample street parking, and our neighbors at 3 Daughters Brewing and Island Nautical Enterprises both offer their parking for our customers during market weekend.

I’ve never been – how does market work?

Our doors open at 9am sharp on Saturday morning, and items are available for purchase on a first-claimed basis.  If you find a small item you would like to purchase, you can walk around with it and one of our staff will be around to take it for you and add it to a ‘holds’ pile.  If you spot a large piece of furniture, you can grab anyone in a Brocante shirt and they will clip the tag and claim it for you.

I can’t come until Sunday- will market be picked over?

We re-stock all weekend long, so you never have to worry about missing out!  If a piece of furniture is purchased, it gets cleared off and moved to our loading dock, and we pull another piece from our super secret back warehouse area and re-stage it on the floor.  We also do a complete breakdown on Saturday night and bring truckloads of new pieces in for Sunday.  Many customers like to come both days to see what’s new!

What if I cannot take my large items during market weekend?

If you cannot take your pieces during market weekend, we offer a post-market pickup window the following Thursday evening from 4-8pm.  Anything outside of this timeframe must be coordinated via email.  Items not claimed within 30 days are subject to staorage fees.

How do you pronounce Brocante?  And what does it mean?

It is pronounced bro – cahnt.  The literal translation is ‘secondhand goods’.  I Europe the term is used loosely to refer to the vintage markets that crop up in the countryside and along the streets of the small villages.

Are you REALLY only open two days a month?

Yep, it’s true.  It may involve some planning ahead to make sure you are here on market days, but the environment and atmosphere is worth making a trip!  Since we are only open two days each month, it means our Brocanteurs have 28 other days to shop and find the very best vintage goodies for you to choose from!

Where is Brocante Market Located?

We are located just outside of Downtown St. Pete, in the Warehouse Arts District.  Our physical address is 2200 2nd Ave S, St. Petersburg, FL  33712

Do you take Credit Cards?

We do!  Accepted forms of payment are cash or credit.  Unfortunately, we do not accept AMEX or personal checks.

What if I change my mind about my purchase?

Due to the unique vintage nature of our items, all sales are final.  Please take your time to examine and inspect items carefully before purchase.

Do you Deliver?

We do not offer delivery, but we do refer to local partners who can deliver your Brocante Market purchases!

Do you Ship?

At this time, we do not ship.
